I have connection errors with windows10.

If your PENNA and winsows10 have connection errors, you need to change windows10’s Bluetooth setting.
 
1.PENNA connected but not working
 Services -> Bluetooth Support Service -> Properties -> Startup type -> Automatic -> Apply -> Restart -> Restart PC

2.PENNA stops working
 Device manager -> Bluetooth's Properties -> Power Management -> Check off "Allow the computer to turn off the devices to save power"
3.Could you please erase the Bluetooth connection from your device and PENNA and re-connect it again?
 
Please try below step after turning off all devices' Bluetooth function.
 
Please erase Bluetooth record from PENNA by pressing FN+B -> C (Please check if 5LEDs turn on without blinking)
Please erase Bluetooth record from your device.
Please re-connect Bluetooth.

Please download S/W and install nRF Tool box application on your smartphone.

You can upgrade PENNA via DFU function.
You can see how to do it from the manual.

If you finish S/W update, you should reset PENNA keyboard. Please try below step after turning off all devices' Bluetooth function.

Please re-connect Bluetooth.

LED colors will be changed to white or something better. LED light does not break through keycaps.

Penna is light and strong with hard plastics, and pouch is made of artificial leather. Penna Wood is made of actual wood.
